Die Wohnung war in einem ordentlichen Zustand u hat für eine Familie (4 Personen) ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist gut, trotz Mehrfamilienhaus ist es nicht laut u das ein Parkplatz inklusive ist, ist eine zusätzlicher Pluspunkt.

− Wir haben einen Besen/Staubsauger vermisst u vielleicht auch einen Wischer, der Boden war doch etwas dreckig (sind Barfuß-Läufer, da fällt das leider sofort auf). In der Küche wären Geschirrtücher u ein Hocker nicht schlecht. Aber Alles in Allem trotzdem gut!

Sehr sauber, alles da was man benötigt.

− Für diese Jahreszeit war es leider sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Da wahrscheinlich die Heizung schon auf Sommerbetrieb umgestellt wurde und nicht richtig geheizt hat. Vielleicht sollte wenn Gäste erwartet werden, etwas vorheizen! Die Wohnung war leider komplett ausgekühlt.

große FeWo, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, privater Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox, somit nicht zeitgebunden.

− 1. Bei Anreise war die FeWo sehr kalt. Obwohl sofort alle vorhandenen Heizkörper auf die max. Stufe eingestellt wurden gab es nur eine geringe Temperaturerhöhung. Die max. erreichbare Temperatur (während der gesamten Woche) lag bei 18°C. 2. Von Sonntag bis Donnerstag war weder Internet noch TV empfangbar. Die Störung soll vom externen Anbieter ausgegangen sein. Da ich meinen Aufenthalt auch dienstlich nutzen musste, war der fehlende Internetzugang sehr störend. 3. Beschriftung an der Kellertür (siehe Foto)

Alles super....alles was man braucht vorhanden.... Kontakt super und sehr nett...

− Waren im Dezember dort, leider hat die Heizung sehr lange gebraucht, wegen der Wärme und den hohen Räumen.
