Удобное самостоятельное заселение. Квартира находится недалеко от метро и центра города. Было достаточно места для семьи, а хозяин предоставил всю необходимую информацию для заезда.
− К сожалению, квартира не соответствовала нашим ожиданиям по уровню чистоты. После заселения ощущался неприятный запах. Особенно разочаровала кухня: стол внешне выглядел чистым, однако поверхность была сильно загрязнена и впитала грязь и запах. Нам пришлось несколько раз тщательно мыть его с использованием чистящих средств, прежде чем за ним можно было комфортно принимать пищу. Ванная комната также была недостаточно убрана: пол был грязным, а швы между плиткой сильно потемневшими. Кроме того, во время проживания мы заметили тараканов. После приезда нам пришлось потратить несколько часов на уборку квартиры, чтобы создать приемлемые условия для проживания. За такую стоимость мы ожидали гораздо более высокий уровень чистоты.

Location was great Access to the premises with use of PIN was ok to avoid use of keys/cards that can be lost.
− - A strong smelly odor after the entrance of the apartment and in one of the rooms - Too late check in time and too early check out, 6h difference is simply too much. Especially the late check in is very bad.

The location was great - only 1/2 block from the train station, easy access to everything from there. Walking distance to a grocery store. We also loved the clothes washer, which was great for our family mid vacation.
− It is small, so don’t plan to spend much time there. It’s great for getting up and heading out though!
