Location and park grounds fabulous, shame about the lodge!

− The kitchen sink didn’t have a plug and when I asked for one at reception, they didn’t have one. Therefore, we couldn’t wash up. It was a waste on resources to put the dishwasher on every day for three people. The bathroom sink plug was broken!

− - Allgemeinschaftspool überfüllt und nur sehr wenig Schatten bei Hitze - sehr hellhörig - weit ab vom Schuss und unser Bungalow weit weg von den Hauptgebäuden
Baustelle trübt den eigentlich guten Eindruck.
4.0Die Anlage ist optisch wirklich sehr schön.
− Großer Minuspunkt ist jedoch, dass aktuell noch gebaut wird. In der Beschreibung wurde dies mit keinem Wort erwähnt, was wir sehr enttäuschend fanden. Wer bucht, möchte schließlich vorab wissen, worauf er sich einlässt. Aufgrund des Baulärms und der Einschränkungen leider nicht die erhoffte Erholung. Darüber hinaus möchten wir betonen, dass vorab auf Booking keinerlei Bilder oder Hinweise zu sehen waren, die auch nur ansatzweise auf eine derart große Baustelle hingewiesen hätten. Das Personal darauf angesprochen, sah man den Fehler nicht bei sich selbst, sondern bei Booking. Aufgrund der unzumutbaren Zustände vor Ort – in der Luft lag massiv viel Baustaub, es kamen schwere Baumaschinen zum Einsatz und der gesamte Außenbereich inklusive des privaten Pools unseres gebuchten Hauses war absolut nicht nutzbar – haben wir diesen Zustand direkt nach dem ersten Tag reklamiert und deutlich gemacht, dass dies für uns nicht akzeptabel ist. Daraufhin wurde uns zwar ein anderes Haus angeboten, welches etwas abseits der Baustelle lag – was wir insgesamt auch als faires Entgegenkommen empfanden –, dennoch waren wir während des gesamten Urlaubs permanenten Baumaschinengeräuschen (wie dem Lärm von Kreissägen u. s. w.) ausgesetzt. Da uns im Prinzip ein kompletter Urlaubstag durch den Umzug verloren gegangen ist und zudem der gesamte Aufenthalt durch die anhaltende Geräuschkulisse erheblich beeinträchtigt wurde, hielten und halten wir unsere Forderung nach der Rückerstattung einer Übernachtung für absolut angemessen. Leider hat sich der Anbieter auf diesen Kompromiss nicht eingelassen.
