Wir sind oft in Ferienwohnung. Diese war bisher die schönste! Mega sauber. Detailreich, liebevoll und authentisch eingericht. Von Kücheutensil über Reinigungsmittel bis Strandspielzeug war alles vorhanden. Woanders ist man schnell genervt, weil die Handtücher knapp werden, die Messer abgezählt sind oder stumpf oder es nicht mal einen Lappen zum Tisch abwischen gibt. Hier ist ALLES vorhanden! Lüften geht dank Gaze am Schlafzimmerfenster auch mückenfrei. Auf Mülltrennung wird geachtet und die Natur sowieso, wie man am liebevoll hergerichteten Garten sieht. Die Gastgeber leben nebenan, sind sehr herzlich, offen, kommunizieren proaktiv und sind hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist idyllisch! Das Kingsizebett ist eher weich, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer eher fest. Beides schläft sich gut. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen wieder.

− Für uns kein Drama, für manchen vielleicht wichtig zu wissen: Wohnzimmer und Küche haben zum Flur keine Tür. Wer extrem! geräuschempfindlich ist (Doppelhaus), bringt sich einfach Ohropax mit.

Sehr herzlich, familiär, zuvorkommend, wunderschöne Lage für Naturliebhaber, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche (scharfe Messer, Pfanne für Eier 🤩), ausreichend Geschirr und Spülmaschine , lädt ein für längeren Urlaub

Idyllischer Ruhepol

Die Ferienwohnung, die sehr idyllisch liegt😉, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und durchdacht. Perfekt für Familien auch mit kleinen Kindern und Babys. Dank dem Bett das trotz weicher Matratze sehr bequem ist und der absoluten Stille kommt man im Eichkatzel sehr gut zur Ruhe. Ein Highlight für uns war der Ofen der bei uns gut genutzt wurde. Jeannine und ihre Familie sind die perfekten Gastgeber die für jedes unserer Anliegen ein offenes Ohr hatten.

Een mooi ruim appartement op een mooie locatie. Met een heel mooi uitzicht op de bossen. Parkeren bij het appartement.

− Douchen in het bad. Misschien is een antislipmat aan te raden.

Everything. We had a superb stay. The house was beautiful, the garden, the view, just wow!!! Everything was perfect, the interior felt very warm and welcoming, the rooms were just perfect. Nice kitchen, perfect bed, the serre was nice as well. And best of all, the owners (that are also your neighbours) were so welcoming and nice people. We felt at home. Except here no pollution, noice, stress but ony beautiful nature, quiet, clean, safe. And only 30 minutes away from Regensburg... Vincent, Mark, Jeannine, thank you for this exceptional experience!
