Pretty good overall as it was clean, comfy and professional but could be more “complete” and less restrictive.
9.0It was clean, it was comfortable and the owner was willing to help with what was necessary. The TV was also good but you need your own Netflix account ( wasn’t an issue for us ) The area was central so it was really easy to get anywhere you wanted in a short amount of time.
− It is very close to a big building that is loud due to a bell tolling so if you are a person who wakes up easily, you’re gonna get woken up by it but otherwise it wouldn’t be a problem. For next points, if you plan on sleeping 1-2 or maybe 3 nights there appartment is close to perfect. If it’s more, check below : The facilities weren’t really on point : We had to buy toilet paper after 3 nights, also paper for kitchen, we had no clothes detergent nor a drying rack. ( we had no frying pan for the first day but the owner helped us the 2nd day so that was solved ) One more thing is that in the first day we got the feeling that we’re not that “free” so we couldn’t relax as we wanted to, the reason being the owner telling us to try to not use the heat too much unless we really need it, to try to not cook too much so the dirt doesn’t go around because it’s hard to clean and also lacking a drying rack and detergent made us feel like we shouldn’t do too much besides sleeping and watching TV so we don’t create “problems” for the owner. That to me is quite an unhealthy mentality. If an appartment is being rented under “ hotel regime “ , especially for more than a week, it’s normal to want to use all the written facilities. With all that being said, I’m sure the owner will fix the unpleasant things for the future because he was very willing to create a good experience for us. The only issue that would remain is that building with the bell. Maybe at some point the windows will have to be changed so they’re more soundproof. We could still sleep though, it was only an issue if we already woke up but tried to fall asleep again.
