10.0Este Ryokan es ideal para turistas, así puedes vivir la experiencia completa. Su buffet es muy completo, aunque en su mayoría es comida tradicional japonesa.
− Es complicado llegar en camión o incluso caminando; directamente solo se puede a través de un taxi, que dependiendo de la zona en la que estés de la ciudad puede costar poco más de 2500 YENES.
Wonderful hidden gem.
9.0The private onsen was amazing, the location next to the river was beautiful, the staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, and did everything they could to accommodate you despite any language barriers. It was excellent value for money considering what was included in the price! The food was absolutely amazing as well! I wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely come to this place again.
− Not much, really. Maybe only very minimal English spoken/understood by staff, though we only knew very few Japanese words ourselves. Although, for a tourism location, if wishing to attract more travellers to the area and boost the local economy - maybe a little more basic English could be learned by staff.
Located in a classical Onsen neighborhood, very good hotel with several pleasant baths and very good breakfast buffet.
8.0We really liked the lounge with the possibility to taste local sake, umeshu etc. There are several public baths to choose from. And the (Japanese) breakfast buffet was exceptional.

9.0The private onsen In the room was very nice, and there are additional private onsens available for a small fee outside of the room. The room was spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The staff was warm and friendly and helpful.
− The water used in the onsens appeared to be tap water rather than volcanic, so if that is important to you make note of that. Additionally, since the private onsen in the room is open air, there were a lot of bugs that made their way into the private onsen and bathroom.
