9.0Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Egal, ob zum Wandern oder für das schöne Städtchen Cochem. Die Parkplatzsituation war auch in Ordnung und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern auch sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders herzlich fanden wir es, dass der Hund ohne weitere Gebühren mit durfte. Vielen Dank dafür. :)
− Die Wohnung war etwas hellhörig. Das hat aber nicht groß gestört.

10.0Die Wohnung ist komplett neu,alles ist sauber und die austatung super , Kaffe,Tee, Zucker war alles da, Mega. Kostenlose Parkplatz in der Nähe. Nur 100m zum Penny. Ca 1km in die Stadt.
− Was wir bemerkt haben bei 30 Grad draußen ist die Wohnung kalt. Mann brauch puli und lange Hose. Wi- Fi ging nicht. Am Sonsten alles gut.

Gemütlich und modernisiert
7.0Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Ausstattung und wirkt modernisiert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Hundefreundlich ist die Familie auch. Es war sehr schön zu sehen, dass sogar Hundenäpfe bereit gestellt wurden. Ein leckerer Wein wurde für uns Zweibeiner ebenfalls bereit gestellt.
− Die Unterkunft war auf dem ersten Blick ordentlich und sauber. In der Kaffekanne war noch Kaffe vom Vorgänger und im Kühlschrank noch eine angebrochene Flasche Wein ebenfalls vom Vorgänger. In der Schublade vom Bad waren noch Make-up Reste und Haare, was bisschen unschön war. Die Unterkunft hat eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, was man auch riecht. Das war ein wenig unangenehm.
