− Service is very poor. They think their job is to hand keys and secure the property. If you ask for something they expect you to find it yourselves or do it yourselves.

− The management the said that have cancel the booking,but never receive a message. In my opinion when a customer book directly,they cancel the booking from booking.com. They use the advertisement of booking.com free

9.0Das Haus lag wunderschön im Grünen, das Personal war total nett und hilfsbereit und immer da. Es war auch sehr aufmerksam. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und eine Küche in der wir essen warm machen konnten. Es gab einen schönen Balkon/Terrasse mit Fan, wo man gut sitzen konnte. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Wie beschrieben, ist es vom Zentrum 6 bis 8 km entfernt und in der direkten Umgebung gibt es leider kein Restaurant und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Der Service hat hier uns geholfen und Take Away Angebote geordert.

C'était correct mais cela aurait pu être beaucoup mieux si certaines choses avaient été autrement.
8.0Le petit déjeuner était correct et j'ai pu demander à l'hôte l'ajout d'un article en plus moyennant finance. Ce qui a été fait correctement par l'hôte qui était vraiment très agréable et très compréhensif et serviable.
− Les interrupteurs ne fonctionnaient pas très bien. Et le ballon d'eau chaude était vraiment trop petit, ce qui nous permettait à peine de prendre une douche en une seule fois, il fallait attendre que l'eau se réchauffe une 2ème fois, ce qui a été rapide pour pouvoir prendre une douche correctement.
