9.0Der Ausblick. Alles da was man braucht. Evtl. noch ein Besen zum durchfegen. Der Handfeger reicht nicht immer. Der Staubsauger ist nicht immer nötig.
− Nur Kleinigkeiten: Sitzbereich für das Frühstück ist eng. Auch wenn man schlank ist. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre gut, der in der Wohnung liegt

8.0Der Blick - der Blick und nochmal der Blick. Riesengroßes Panoramafenster zum Balkon mit Blick bis auf den Strand. Man kann die Strandsegler und Kite-Surfer beobachten. Fantastisch!
− Bei runtergeklapptem Bett ist es etwas eng, zwischen Bett und Sofa.
