10.0The owner/manager, Chris, was fantastic. Very welcoming and a super host! Spectacular views of Murren and of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau from the hutte. Picturesque walk through the forest from the hutte to Murren.
Personal maleducado y egoísta
1.0No me gustó nada.
− El personal del hostal fue extremadamente desagradable. Tuve problemas para poder acceder a la ubicación del hostal ya que se encuentra en un lugar remoto, llamé por teléfono para explicarles mi situación y el personal literalmente me dijo: "We don't want you here", "I don't wanna waste time with you, bye". Fueron muy maleducados e impresentables. Tuvieron una actitud despreciable. Nos dejaron a mi padre y a mi tirados el mismo día de la reserva, ni siquiera intentaron ayudarnos lo más mínimo. Ójala cambien al personal, porque desde luego no le recomiendo a absolutamente nadie que reserve aquí.
