− L aria condizionata è solo in una camera (anche se è servita pochissimo), la gestione della spazzatura è scomoda, non ci sono dei raccoglitori vicini. Manca uno stendibiancheria.

Un piacevole soggiorno in via Filetto
8.0Casa con solo 4 appartamenti ad oggi ingresso indipendente ma che lasciano ma buona privacy. Presenza di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e solamente in una camera l’aria condizionata. Bagno ampio. Tutti i pranzi e tutte le cene sotto il portico esterno, ampio cortile esterno con diverse area per stendere e comodi posti auto all ombra. Vicino alla struttura vi è la migliore bar pasticceria dell isola, brioche fantastiche meglio che a Modena oltre che vendere il pane
− Ho sentito la mancanza degli sdrai sotto il portico ( nel 2024 erano presenti). Mancanza del tostapane per poter fare colazione. Mancanza del modem per Internet e quindi i due stranieri che erano con me erano isolati ed hanno dovuto comunicare con il mio cell personale. Purtroppo qualche veicolo che passa in strada andando al bar vicino.

5.0When we complained about the stained sofa, they reacted quickly and covered it with a sheet. They helped us to book the ferry tickets.
− Overall rundown place with unfriendly, poor management. Among all my booking experiences this was the worst. Do not recommend. We arrived with an earlier ferry. Despite their information on booking that they would be on-site between 5-7, no one was there. The provided phone number let only to an office nume ber that was not reachable on a Sunday. Hence we been waiting.... After booking the place they sent a message that they wanted a deposit of 250€ on arrival including a long list of charges in case of this and that and funnily if we were too late for checkin too... The manager there didn't speak any English and didn't bothere showing us much. Overall our presence seemed to be more of an annoyance to him. Wifi was switched off. We had to ask for it 4 times, twice at the office, twice with the manager to have them finally send another guy who turned it on in the neighbouring apartment. Bummer at the checkout, we had complied with not leaving any trash in the house. Stored the rubbish in the small bins they had provided outside the apartment and brought them outside to the street as per provided schedule. each day 1 of the 5 rubbish types would get picked up. On checkout the manager demanded us to carry away any rubbish that had not been picked up yet, I.e. had accumulated since last achedule. Never experienced something like that before.
