− zitgedeelte toereikend voor 2 personen, wordt lastig met 4 personen. Verhuurder had vergeten de vloerverwarming aan te zetten, pas na 2 dagen behagelijk in de eet/zitkamer. Badkamer is niet boven de 18 graden uitgekomen. Bleek dat de boven etage verhuurd wordt de bewoner staat om 05.00 uur op en vertrekt rond 06.15 duidelijk hoorbaar. De huurder boven etage verbleef er a een aantal jaren en is alleen het weekend afwezig. Tevens discussie gehad met deze huurder daar deze op de parkeerplaats naast het huis parkeerde (maw naast onze huurwoning bij de voordeur) vreemd. Volgens de gegevens worden er geen woningen verhuurd aan loodgieters en werklui uit de bouw, hellaas onjuist daar in het huis achter 4 tot 5 gedurende de week wonen met geluidsoverlast in de nacht. Drinken op de patio. Al met al zou ik deze accommodatie niet aanbevelen.
