Gut gelegene passable Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Ca. 15 Gehminuten zur Strandpromenade, auf dem Weg nette Geschäfte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich in der Nähe. Auch eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus pendelt zwischen den Kaiserbädern und kann mit Kurkarte kostenlos genutzt werden. Die Küchenzeile der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Die Terrasse ist schön und bietet Sonne zur Frühstückszeit. Viele Schränke und Verstaumöglichkeiten in allen Bereichen. Handtuchstangen und -haken im Bad.

− Die Wohnzimmermöbel sind schon recht abgewetzt, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Das "Elternschlafzimmer" ist recht schön, das " Kinderschlafzimmer" dagegen lieblos. Leider war die Ferienwohnung vor Einzug nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Besonders unschön waren die Flecken auf den Matratzenschonern und Bettdecken, die uns nicht gereinigt erschienen. Wir hoffen, dass die Verwaltung hier Abhilfe schaffen wird.

Die gesamte Anlage, Der Ort, Zum wieder kommen. Wetter war super. Die gesamte Ferienwohnung war super. Wie das gesamte Umfeld.

Sehr netter Rezeptionist . Ausstattung war gut.

− Sauberkeit (Geschirr , Wasserkocher, Toaster) Die riesige Ledercouch war sehr , sehr ungemütlich.

− Für die Jahreszeit , Ferienwohnung war kalt nicht Vorgeheizt , der zugewiesene Parkplatz wurde mit Schnee zugeschoben.
