7.0Perfect location. Close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Cute little balcony but if it rains you can't use it.
− Very noisy because of the restaurant across the street. You enter the apartment with a virtual key so you must have internet on your phone. The bathroom has a window that faces the corridor in front the front door. It's a big window with blurred glass but I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower or doing something else... Other guests that couldn't enter the apartment knocked on the window while I was in the bathroom twice... It's an old apartment with a worn out furniture, broken tap in the kitchen and heater in the bathroom Also, when you enter the front door you find yourself in a tiny hall that leads to 3 diffrent apartments named after flowers. The host missed to tell us which apartament was ours and the code for the keys... That was another stressful situation because she didn't pick up the phone when I called. Thankfully she texted back fast enough.

10.0Der Gastgeber informierte mich immer sofort bei meinen Fragen. Umkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe im Safekästchen. Zimmer sehr sauber bequemes Bett. Sehr grosses Bad. Tolle Lage im Zentrum der Stadt Como. Alles zufuss erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Great location, clean and comfortable studio apartment.
8.0Location was excellent, close to restaurants and cafes. Short walk to the main piazzas and the lake, and around 700m to the train stations. Access to a small private patio. Neat and clean. The host was responsive to messages.
− The apartment access is via a mobile phone app (rather than a key), and I was very nervous my phone battery would go flat from being out all day and I would be caught out not being able to access the apartment! Was all ok in the end but worth being aware of.
