6.0A localização excelente. A vista panorâmica muito boa.
− Os sofá cama um estava bastante usado e não foi nada confortável ao dormir, o outro era novo e sem problema. Falta material de lavar loiça, e a loiça existente não estava bem lavada, o WC tinha o bidé partido e a sanita estava solta do chão e cheirava a urina. O ar condicionado trabalhava com algumas limitações e muito barulhento . Uma máquina de café de cápsulas dava muito jeito no alojamento.

8.0Gostei do facto de se tratar de um estúdio espaçoso e gostei da vista espetacular para o mar.
− Na minha opinião, já precisa de algumas remodelações e seria bom ter um estilo mais moderno.

− Casa um pouco antiga a precisar de alguma remodelação, placa eléctrica péssima, sem torradeira e poucas fichas eléctricas.
