− Personalens bemötande var under all kritik. Ett leende och välkommen hade varit trevligt, men pojkspolingen som stod i receptionen var som en robot och jag fick känslan av att vi skulle vara nöjda med att han hade tid med oss alls. Sängarna i rummet gnisslade vid minsta rörelse och dörren till rummet gnisslade också.
