La vue.

− Descriptif de 2 piscines = faux Navette = faux Photo du site= non réelles Moquettes et coussins extérieurs sales, papiers de bons sous les lits , prises d’une chambre étaient cassées avec un danger pour les enfants car prises apparentes . C’est une résidence avec plusieurs villas , j’en ai choisi une qui n’est pas la decos des photos du site . Je pense qu’ils placent où ils veulent . Valérie Denis très bon contact . Nathalie est désagréable : message un jour férié pour me demander de faire un check in en ligne et dépôt de caution , je lui ai expliqué que je trouvait particulier la méthode, elle m’a répondu «l’  habitude d’avoir des gens corrects » , comme si nous ne l’étions pas.

Infestation with cockroaches in several of the houses

− This place has an infestation issue with cockroaches which they initially did not want to acknowledge but later it turned out that they were very much aware of this issue but had not addressed it properly. We had to move between houses TWICE during our stay which is unacceptable. There are major issues with cleaning of the properties. The cleaning team basically has no education into how to clean houses professionally and the fundamental flaws of the place causing the infestation is not addressed. One person in our family also found a large tick in her bed. Overall a horror experience which makes us wonder why rental of this place is even allowed on various sights.
