− Heating not working on arrival, poor faciliities, poorly appointed, poor state of repair. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.

10.0It was a very big space and the beds were very comfortable
− Maybe to have a travel cot and highchair available if travelling with kids as I was. However not essential as I brought my own
Good location, good flat that needs maintenance

− Poor maintenance. Toilet broken,heat not working as expected. Workmen in flat all of first day. Shower moldy, had to buy supplies to clean, no basic supplies such as salt and pepper.

7.0Lovely big apartment, amazing size rooms. Nice bright lounge plenty of light, big tv, clean bathrooms which is so important, great power shower, lovely to have choice of a bath too in second bathroom! It was a nice touch to have the apartment rental company contact me the second day to check I was settled and offer to help if needed. Very comfortable beds

8.0Clean, comfortable & good for access to everywhere we wanted to go. Our 5 year old says he really liked the soft carpet & the toilets were really clean!!
− No baking trays; kitchen roll & bin bags would have been useful. The shower cubicle needs re-grouting & sealing & the towel rail isn't securely fixed to the wall. A shower shelf would be helpful.

− La entrada ya que a la hora prevista el apartamento no estaba listo y tuvimos que esperar más de 2 horas. No fue muy fácil localizar al anfitrión
