10.0Lo alquilé para mis padres que son mayores y estuvieron muy cómodos y el propietario muy amable con ellos.

1.0− Suciedad,camas y sofá incómodos, mal olor. Sigo esperando la compensación tras haber hablado con el dueño de todo esto ya que tuvimos que limpiar nosotros. No lo recomiendo.
