7.0Die Lage ist super, beste Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, sehr gut erreichbar vom Hauptbahnhof, viele und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele unterschiedliche und sehr gute Restaurants.
− Der Rauch von den Leuten im Hinterhof zieht direkt ins Zimmer, keine Lüftung im Bad.

− Klein gammel tafeltje met 2 gammele stoelen. Geen koffiezetapparaat. Heel weinig ruimte om boodschappen neer te zetten.
