9.0Globalement très bien, avec un rapport qualité prix assez honnete. Séjour fin mai, le prix par nuit correspondait à un hostal en plein centre. Très propre. Lit confortable. À 20 minutes en bus ou metro du centre. Quartier calme, agréable. Bus et métro proches.
− Les meubles étaient fonctionnels et propres, mais certains étaient assez vieux, et 1 ou 2 étaient en mauvais état. Il manque un peu de lumière le soir. Il faudrait rajouter quelques lampes. Besoin aussi dans la cuisine d'une petite casserole , de torchons et d'une paire de ciseau.

10.0La ubicación es muy buena para disfrutar Madrid. La cocina es increíble y tiene una terraza con bonitas vistas, el baño es grande y la cama muy cómoda, todo estaba muy limpio. Lo recomiendo

8.0Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig an einer Metro Station und ist nur 5 Haltestellen vom Zentrum entfernt.

10.0The apartment was spotless and the bed was actually very comfortable. I was surprised by how spacious the kitchen is, and the terrace is the perfect spot to unwind. Fast WiFi and a great location near the metro. The host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

− Me and my husband, 52yo, stayed in this apartment in Madrid, and it was the worst rental experience of my life, completely ruining our family vacation in one of the world's most beautiful cities. Despite the high price, the place was filthy, overpriced, and managed by an untrustworthy host. Rooms were dirty throughout, with grimy windows blocking natural light and a pervasive tobacco smell from old blankets stored on shelves. The kitchen was unusable—dishes, cutlery, and crockery were unclean, the fridge contained leftovers from previous guests, and no kettle was provided despite being shown in photos. Desks and chairs in the kitchen were sticky. There are signs all over apartment saying not to bring guests, not to stay in the public areas of the building – very harsh and strange. The host was rude from check-in, refusing to let my sons help with luggage and constantly monitoring us via apartment cameras. After complaining, he sent two cleaners who removed some smelly blankets, but refused any compensation for all cleaning I had to do myself; he then threatened to report me to Spain's Ministry of the Interior and Immigration using copies of our passports, which he demanded pre-arrival. Previous positive reviews seem fake, as I found another very negative one for a neighboring apartment by the same host in the same location. Booking.com should investigate this unreliable host immediately. I strongly advise against booking here—choose anywhere else to avoid deception and distress.
Access to the accommodation and the premises where it is located is strictly limited to the guests listed in the reservation who have completed online check-in and identity verification with valid ID, in accordance with applicable regulations. Guests are strictly prohibited from allowing access to unauthorized persons, as well as from remaining, gathering, or using common areas (including entrance, hallways, stairs, and shared spaces) beyond the time strictly necessary for entering or leaving the property. Excessive noise and any parties or gatherings are not allowed.
Any unauthorized access will result in a penalty of €200 per person per occurrence. Parties are strictly prohibited and will incur a €2,000 penalty. Late check-out is available for €100, subject to availability and prior approval.
Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, and liability for any damages.
