1.0Best physical plant of any hotel near Khone PhaPheng Waterfall. Location close if you have your own car, otherwise very difficult, and expensive to get local transport. The hotel is like an isolated island unto itself.
− This is arguably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in as of May 2026 when I just stayed there. For a 100+ room and villa hotel there was ABSOLUTELY NO ON-SITE MANAGEMENT! Beyond belief. On my last night there were only 2 staff at the entire hotel a little before 8pm; a lady at the front desk and a member of housekeeping. The restaurant was supposed to be open until after 9pm, but when I showed up before 8pm the restaurant was closed and the staff had gone home.

− Petit déjeuner manque de choix Pas de pain, pas de lait . Que des œufs ou viande , légumes , 2 choix de fruits Éloigné de tout. Il faut prendre transport pour aller au restaurant . À moins de vouloir manger sur place . Chambre magnifique et impeccable
Great hotel site, bizarre service
5.0Room was great and location by the river was stunning
− The hotel was weird…… it’s a grand setting and really well done rooms, but with service levels that felt totally out of place. It was as if people there didn’t realise it was a hotel. Warm beer, bizarre buffet breakfast, strange restaurant…… and all in the middle of nowhere so other options are limited.
