10.0It was perfect. A spacious, clean, amazing base for our Venice explorations. It had absolutely everything we needed, it was wonderfully clean, the host was exceptional, and the location was perfection for those who don’t want to be crammed into the ultra-packed Venice. It was bliss!

− Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel. Bin ich nicht gewöhnt, muss vielleicht so sein, um im Hochsommer die Hitze draußen zu lassen. Keine richtige Dusche vorhanden. Nur Dusche in der Badewanne
Very comfortable stay away from the crowds
9.0Very comfortable, quiet place away from the crowds. It is very clean and practical, and it is neighbourly neighbourhood, with lots of kids playing outside, people walking there dogs and manoeuvring there boats.
− It’s a new building, so it hasn’t the typical charm of the narrow streets of Venice.

8.0calme, super equipé, hote super disponible. facile d'accès en vaporetto, supermarché à quelques pas, chouettes endroits à proximité. visitez le jardin de l'eglise du Redentore, ca vaut le détour! et avec un peu de chance vous allez apercevoir Mimmo, le dauphin de la lagune !
