5.0Для своей цены комфортно, впринципе все что необходимо было для жизни - было но не более, место комфортное недалеко есть кафешки и магазины и транспорт в шаговой доступности.
− Было грузно, мебель в плачевном состоянии, сломалась кровать в первый день заселения, когда располагались гости просто при ситуации когда человек сел на нее она хрустнула а когда лег она сложилась пополам что не свойственно для кровати из металлопрофиля, арендодатель потребовал штраф за это так же стулья были частично поломаны и мы их просто не трогали уже. Бойлер не работал качественно, постоянно скакала вода и сыпалась штукатурка со стен и много проводов висели в голом виде что было очень опасно, не факт что все они были обесточены.

9.0L’appartement était très propre et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est pratique, avec les transports à proximité pour se déplacer facilement dans Istanbul. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

9.0Me encantó la ubicación. Zona tranquila pero al lado del bullicio de taksim y bien comunicado. Le ofrecí hacer el check in antes y accedió y nos hizo un gran favor.
− La única pega que le pongo al apartamento es que la Caldera de agua en numerosas ocasiones debaja de funcionar y había que reiniciarla pero nos dieron la opción de cambiar de apartamento y tampoco era mayor problema, probablemente lo arreglen.

− Am închiriat acest apartament pentru perioada 1-6 septembrie A fost totul diferit decât în poze, patul rupt, lenjeriile de pat murdare și pătate, parchetul murdar, baia murdară, de masa din "living" te lipeai efectiv dacă o atingeai, bucătăria la fel de murdară și de lipicioasă, pe calorifere 3 degete de praf, de cartierul unde este situat apartamentul nici nu mai spun ce fel de cartier e, deșii proprietarul a spus că este un cartier bun, loc de parcare nu ai deșii ni s-a spus că avem unde parca, am lăsat mașina la aproape 2 km de noi și cu taxă pentru parcare După un drum lung și obositor, seara la 19 căutam un hotel la care să mergem pentru că în apartament nu se putea sta Am anunțat proprietarul că cazarea nu e ok și că plecăm, a spus că v-a verifica și el cele spuse de noi, iar o parte din bani ni se vor restitui Am așteptat mesajul lui dar nici un semn, nici un mesaj, nu am primit nimic înapoi Nu recomand acest proprietar și acest apartament‼️
