Evin dışarısı eski, 2 katlı bir ev. Restorasyon yapılmış. Mümkün mertebe ev güzelleştirmeye çalışılmış. Evin olanakları iyi sayılır. Evin sokağına arac parkı yapabilirsiniz. Ayrı yatak odası var. Ayrıca biz gelmeden evvel evde klima calistirimisti.

− Sıcak suyunda özellikle gece saatlerinde sorun vardı. Ama gündüz sorunsuz çalıştı. Evde çaydanlık yok. Çay yok. Temizlik için taharat musluğu yok. Ev eski olmasından dolayı daire içinde olmasa bile koridor da rutubet kokusu var.

Daire ulaşılabilir bir konumda olmakla birlikte sosyal alanlara da yürüme mesafesindeydi. Her odası temizdi. Check-in saatini kaçırsak bile dairenin anahtarı şifreli bir kutuda hazır edilmişti. Gerek bina gerek binanın bulunduğu mahalle çok sessiz ve sakindi.
