10.0Die Lage ist einzigartig. Vom Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht man den Canal Grande und die Accademiabrücke. Sehr zentral. Der Checkin war flott und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr kreativ eingerichtet.
Location is the only thing it has going for it.
3.0Location. Good walking access to everything.
− Not well maintained. Carpet needs cleaning. Heavily stained drapes need cleaning and repair. Downstairs needs a fan as no air conditioning. Couldn’t keep the windows or balcony door open due to mosquitoes. It was very uncomfortable and stuffy. Air conditioner unit upstairs but no bathroom. It’s an attic with a bed, so no bathroom is upstairs. The description is spot on, so just know time of year matters a great deal.

− It was a three story walk up. There was no mention of 3 stories in the property description.
