Espaço extremamente arejado, cômodos grandes e limpos, confortável, todos os equipamentos novos e limpos. Anfitrião extremamente simpático e gentil. Frutas no quintal (bergamota) gentilmente ofertadas e liberadas. Estacionamento bom. Imóvel recebe luz do sol. Chuveiro elétrico com boa vazão de água e aquecimento perfeito. Espaço tranquilo e calmo. Excelente para descansar e trabalhar. Dentro do imóvel tem uma grande churrasqueira que pode ser utilizada sem incomodar ninguém. Roupas de cama, cobertores, mantas, fronhas de travesseiros e toalhas super limpas e cheirosas.

− Tudo estava perfeito. Não há o que registrar nos quesitos sugestões ou melhorias. No período que estava hospedado até as toalhas foram gentilmente trocadas.
