8.0Super leuk en knus hotel, lekkere plekken om even te relaxen. Inrichting was heel erg leuk! Koelkast om je drinken te bewaren en koud water om te pakken was fijn. Dicht bij de express boat waarmee we makkelijk naar de grote bezienswaardigheden konden ( Wat Pho en Wat Arun) We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin van 5 ( kinderen van 13, 11 en 9)

Disappointing and dirty
5.0The location is great and the rooms are large and spacious. The restaurant area is very chilled and has a nice vibe.
− After a year of travelling around Asia, this is the first time I've felt compelled to leave such a negative review. Unfortunately, I found my entire stay extremely disappointing. The young male receptionist who checked me in was so unfriendly that I was genuinely shocked. It's understandable that not everyone enjoys their job every day, but as a guest arriving at a new place, I expected at least a basic level of hospitality. He gave me no information about the property, didn't explain any of the facilities, and didn't even bother to show me where my room was. He simply pointed me in the direction of the stairs. He was the most unwelcoming receptionist I've encountered during my travels. My room was located at the top of the stairs, so my sleep was constantly disturbed by people coming and going loudly. The bathroom was filthy and full of ants. I reported this to the same receptionist, but he seemed completely uninterested and didn't appear to take my complaint seriously. Literally like a rave for ants in the bathroom. Vile. The bedside table also had a disgusting sticky substance on it, which made the room feel unclean overall. In the end, I chose to leave for the airport five hours earlier than necessary because I simply didn't want to stay there any longer. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I've had.
