− Se você é um entusiasta de hotéis, leis, por favor Pelos comentários eu não devo ter me hospedado no mesmo local dos demais. O hotel jamais poderia ser considerado boutique! Não me importo em pagar R$ 2.200 na diária, mas me importo em chegar e não ter ninguém para ajudar com as malas, não ter um ambiente minimamente confortável para aguardar a chave do quarto, não ter amenities (só shampoo, sabonete e condionador), enxoval simplório e ainda ter goteiras no quarto. Ao solicitar room service não vieram guardanapos ou pratos, no café da manhã tinha 1 item de cada, estava em casal e ter quem decidir quem come o ovo ou torrada??? Dois homens foram fazer algum conserto sem avisar na área da "piscina" enquanto eu estava na lá. O estacionamento mal feito e no check-out, nem tinham um recibo, a conta foi feita a mão... Enfim, eu sou usuária de hoteis boutique e luxo e a experiência foi decepcinante! Um erro ou enganação fazerem parte dos hotéis incríveis.
