− Senti falta de itens na cozinha como : chaleira , jogo americano ou toalha para a mesa , xícaras. Roupa de cama precisa ser renovada , estavam cheirosas , mas com manchas . Comodidade : Deixar controle de garagem e portão social facilita . Ar condicionado muito barulhento TV precisa modernizar

8.0Inacreditável, uma das melhores hospedagens que já realizamos, espaço amplo, muito aconchegante e seguro, apesar da necessidade de reformas em alguns itens, como por exemplo ar condicionado sendo de gaveta e um dos mais antigos que já visualizei, o restante acaba compensando, não poderia deixar de listar a importância de melhorar os utensílios colocando jogo de garfos e facas melhores para uso em caso de refeição
− Ar condicionado Talheres que não condizem com qualidade do imóvel (simplesmente não tem nada)
