Everything was absolutely perfect! The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and exceptionally responsive, communication easy from start to finish. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped – it had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a lovely terrace. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Pula. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, yet the apartment is situated on a quiet street, just a 2-minute walk from the Arena. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pula!

A traditional house in a quiet residential area close to the Roman Arena

The lovely hosts made us feel most welcome and greeted us on arrival. They live in the property and rent out three apartments within the building. Each has a designated outside terrace with table and chairs. The communal garden is attractive with trees, shrubs, sunbeds and a canopy of jasmine which smelt divine in the early morning and late evening. We stayed in the traditionally furnished below ground apartment with stone walls that kept it cool in the hot weather. There are two entrances both with five steps down to the floor level. It had a sofa bed in addition to a large double bed. The bathroom and kitchenette were both fine with all that is needed. The Roman Arena is only a 2 minute walk to the top level, then down a slope or steps to the old town and waterfront. The main bus station is a 10 minute walk. The supermarket and bakery are a 2 minute walk. All very convenient !

− A handrail next to the steps down would be useful for anyone who has walking and balance challenges. Also a little pricey I felt, but of course you pay for the proximity to the Arena !!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at Maletic apartment! The hosts are such lovely people! So friendly, attentive and welcoming, made us feel like home! Apartment is clean and specious Very comfortable beds Beautiful garden where u can relax Excellent location, just few min walk to the arena and close to the bus station Amazing value for money!
