Preis-/Leistung ist gut und wenn man sich darauf einstellt, dass es spartanisch ist, dann passt es.
8.0Das Apartment liegt ein wenig abseits vom Zentrum, sehr ruhig. Allerdings ist es wirklich nur mit dem notwendigsten eingerichtet. Man könnte auch sagen sehr spartanisch und eher kahl. Aber sehr sauber und grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Zum Frühstücken bietet sich gleich nebenan die Osteria Bakan an, sehr gute Küche :-)
− Das Apartment ist ein bisschen dunkl. Wenn man es gerne hell und sonnig mag, wahrscheinlich nicht die richtige Wahl.
Heel aangenaam verblijf met het gezin in Venetië en ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad te bezoeken.

10.0Muy espacioso y había dos baños (para una familia es importante). La zona era muy tranquila pero con restaurantes cercanos para comer. A diez minutos de la parada del vaporetto para moverse por Venecia.
Nice location, but space burdened with common Venetian limitations
7.0Great location just far enough from bustle of tourist crowds, but close enough to join them within a 5 minute walk. Very quiet and peaceful.
− The AC is centrally controlled, and has a 3-hour limit. So someone in our party had to get up every 3 hours in the middle of the night to ensure its functionality. I'm sure this has something to do with local regulations, but it is uncomfortable nevertheless. Other things could be done to make the space less reliant on AC, the provision of oscillating fans, better lighting (so you don't rely on sunlight), and mosquito traps. Basic sundries like laundry detergent and napkins/paper towels were not provided. The only ventilation for the bathrooms is opening the windows, which invites mosquitoes. Random strands of hair were in the bathroom drawers.
