− A lot of noise from the floor upstairs at one point. A bit hot.

7.0A well maintained small studio apartment, high end fixtures and fittings. The agency who looks after this property really looks after you , From the welcome letter to making sure your stay is comfortable throughout.
− Two flaws here The sound proofing is not up to standard , the apartment is a converted garage , so noise is heard from above and to the side, both talking and movement. The heating is connected to the main house so you have no control when the heating will be on , some like it warm others a bit cooler , you should in my view have total control over the heating.
Amazing small space with everything you need for a few days break
10.0Amazing what has been fitted into this small space - included everything you’d need for several days stay. Private entrance via key pad, high quality fittings, beautifully designed. Very close to the rail station and very handy for the race course. Would definitely stay again even though the parking wasn’t ideal
− Parking was challenging! This is basically a converted garage in a townhouse situated amongst lots of other townhouses so mainly allocated spaces with very limited visitor spaces. We managed to park outside the next door property one night and the property opposite the next night.

9.0Well equipped, well thought out in design n style. Tastefully done. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet. Everything easy to use I.e hob, shower , washer. Host In contact to check we're OK. Easy access, easy instructions. Short stroll to Waiitrose, high street and a park. A very pleasant stay

9.0Nice to have a small outside space and seating area Decent sized bath towels There was easy access to the footpath into town centre along the old honeybourne line Very quiet area
− I found the mattress a bit springy
