9.0La situació és molt bona atès que està en un barri molt tranquil, residencial, amb bon ambient, i a la vegada es troba molt proper a la zona històrica caminant a 15 minuts creuant el Jardí Botànic e trobes al peu de l'Acròpolis, a la Plaka o a la Plaça Syntagma. El propietari, George, està molt pendent de totes les necessitats que tinguis. Molt amable!
− La dutxa, que és molt fosca i manca llum. A la cuina caldrien més utensilis, més coberts i un microones. també prestatgeries per a emmagatzemar menjar (pasta, cafè, etc...). El que jo he necessitat li vaig demanar a George i m'ho va portar, però aquestes altres coses serien també convenients

9.0Magnífica ubicación, con servicios y sitios para visitar a pocos pasos. Perfectamente limpio, espacio ideal para una o dos personas. La comunicación con el anfitrión, excelente.
− No entra luz natural y a ratos es ruidoso, pero no ha afectado la calidad de la estancia en absoluto.
