− Neredeyse aylık kiralama ücreti kadar depozito talep edildi. Bu tutar Booking üzerinden satın alma yapıldıktan sonra ortaya çıktı. Bu kadar yüksek bir depozito olduğunu bilseydim evi kiralamazdım. İadesiz rezervasyon yaptığım için depozitoyu ödemek zorunda kaldım. Daha da kötüsü alınan depozito 1 ay sonra iade ediliyor! Bu gerçekten korkunç bir uygulama, benden sonra daire başkasına verildi muhtemelen ancak hala depozitom yatmadı.
Bien pero se requiere que se preocupen mas de la mantención de los pisos
7.0Estuvimos en dos pisos distintos, pues tuvimos que cambiarnos a mitad de nuestra estancia. Los dos pisos eran amplios y cómodos, sin embargo el primero no era lo que contratamos, tenía solo un baño, pero el principal problema fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Al principio no era tan complicado pues el equipo algo funcionaba y no hacia tanto calor, pero después se hizo imposible. Estuvimos varios días esperando que fueran a arreglar el equipo de aire pero la respuesta demoró varios días, al final fue el conserje del edificio, Alberto muy atento y diligente, quien nos soluciono el problema. Gracias a él logramos que nos cambiaran a otro departamento y allí estuvimos muy bien, el aire funcionaba y era una departamento tranquilo. La ubicación es muy buena, esta cerca de todo, el metro al lado. Sin embargo el edificio esta en una calle muy concurrida en la noche. En el piso que estuvimos primero se escuchaba mucho ruido, en las tardes llegaba olor a mariguana, gritos hasta tarde en la noche, el segundo piso era muy tranquilo pues daba a un patio interior (tenia hasta plantitas.. aunque no se puede estar porque escucho calor). Los pisos ambos eran amplios y cómodos con todo los necesario para una estadía. La limpieza era buena pero no super.. creo que las chicas iban muy apuradas con tantos departamentos que hacer. Sin embargo, había de todo para barrer y limpiar, incluso aspiradora así que bien. Los closet muy bien, el baño bueno, la decoración bien.
− Que el aire acondicionado estuviera malo... Que contratamos un departamento con dos piezas y dos baños y solo tenía 1 bańo..
