Viihtyisä,puhdas. Kaupat lähellä ja satama. Nähtävyyspaikkoihin lyhyt matka. Ilmastointi plussa kuumalla päivällä. Paljon viherkasveja ja parvekkeella kauniit kesäkukat.

Absoluutselt kõik oli olemas, pole kunagi varem näinud nii täis köögikappe ( äraantavates korterites :D ) - asju oli igale maitsele. Korteri omanik väga tore ja abivalmis.
− Madalale ulatuvad laevalgustid, kuigi ise pole just pikemat kasvu, segasid need küll.
