7.0− Die Wohnung sollte 16:00 bezugsfertig sein.Als wir eintrafen war die Reinigung noch Vorort.Sie sprach kein deutsch und musste sich erst informieren.16:45 konnten wir in die Wohnung. Da mussten wir feststellen, dass sich noch verschimmelter Kaffeesatz in der Kaffeemaschine befand.Als Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten wurde uns angeboten , auf Kosten des Unternehmens einmal Kaffeetrinken zu gehen. Wir warten bis heute auf die Begleichung der Rechnung. Es geht dabei weniger um den Betrag, als um die Glaubwürdigkeit des Unternehmens. Anfragen enden mit hinhalten. Wir haben den Eindruck, diese Firma ist nicht seriös.

3.0It was spacious the furniture look new and easy to find a parking spot.
− THERE IS NOT AIR CONDITIONING, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY INSIDE DURING THE DAY IN THE SUMMER WITHALL WINDOWS OPEN. In winter probably is ok, but in summer you literally cook inside the room. I cannot give a good rating to an accommodation where you cannot stay inside.
I přes těchto několik drobných nedostatků jsme byli s pobytem velmi spokojení a ubytování můžeme doporučit. Byt je prost
9.0Celkově jsme byli s pobytem velmi spokojení. Byt je prostorný, pěkně zařízený a ideální pro dva dospělé a dítě. Bez problémů se sem vešla i dětská postýlka. Kuchyň je velmi dobře vybavená, takže se zde dá uvařit prakticky cokoliv. Parkování je zdarma.
− V koupelně by se hodilo přidat více háčků na zavěšení ručníků. Podlaha v celém bytě byla bohužel zaprášená, což bylo při chůzi naboso znát. Jedna lahvička sprchového gelu byla už zčásti použitá, což nepůsobilo příliš hygienicky. Zatemňovací roleta se při běžném používání rozpadla, takže byla nepoužitelná. Pokud zahrada patří k ubytování, bylo by skvělé ji lépe udržovat. Momentálně působí spíše jako odkládací prostor, přitom by z ní mohlo být příjemné místo k posezení pro hosty. Parkování je sice zdarma, ale nachází se přibližně 100 metrů od bytu, nikoliv přímo u ubytování. Není to problém, jen by bylo dobré to jasněji uvést v nabídce. V létě se byt poměrně dost zahřívá. Klimatizace, klidně i za příplatek, by byla velkým přínosem.
