− The yard is unkempt, various cupboards and doors have broken mechanisms, the owner's "list of things that are unfortunately broken" is long and dog-eared, so obviously not recent problems; The A/C units are very loud and either blasts full force or switches off. Laundry that was supposed to be cleaned before we arrived, lay crumpled in a heap in a cupboard that was supposed to be for guest use.
