7.0It was sweet and simple, just don't expect too much. it's a good accommodation for just an overnighter, but not too much longer... really suitable for a group of friends or a family and you got everything you need. great price-performance ratio! very kind, courteous and easy contact!
− very interesting and maybe a bit strange area. fence is under construction, but that didn't really bother us. not the cleanest but not also not dirty

5.0I can say for now that the price was good. May be this place will become better because now they make total reconstruction.
− The place was filed with beds, there is no real kitchen, no table and chairs, cooking place too. The washing machine also was not connected.
Great stay
10.0The house is spacious, well equipped, very clean, and for this price it’s the best you can get in this area! We were at first a bit sceptical because of the reviews, but it has exceeded our expectations, the value of the property vs what you will get is great! Wifi working well, no issues with hot water, super clean, very comfortable, good location (sometimes a bit noisy), and we even got a whole package of instant coffee from the host, along with small things you usually need to buy on your own like dishwasher soap, trash bags etc., much nicer than a few apartments we’ve stayed at before in the city centre.
