− Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch eine geplante Stromabschaltung von 07:30 bis 16:00 Uhr erheblich beeinträchtigt. Am Morgen mussten wir kalt duschen, das Badezimmer war komplett dunkel, Schminken war nicht möglich und auch Föhn sowie weitere elektrische Geräte konnten nicht genutzt werden. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir beim Hochtragen des Einkaufs mit unter anderem Eis, Joghurt und Milch erst am Abend zuvor durch einen Aufsteller im Flur über die geplante Abschaltung informiert wurden. Die Lebensmittel konnten im Sommer nicht gekühlt werden und mussten teilweise entsorgt werden. Auch Kochen war nicht möglich. Eine rechtzeitige Information vor unserer Anreise erfolgte nicht, obwohl die Maßnahme sicherlich geplant war. Der anschließende Beschwerdeverlauf war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Statt eine kundenorientierte Lösung für die erhebliche Einschränkung der gebuchten Leistung anzubieten, wurde lediglich darauf verwiesen, dass die Unterkunft keine Verantwortung trage. Aufgrund der erheblichen Beeinträchtigung und des Umgangs mit unserer Beschwerde können wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
