8.0Okiennice, chlodno w domu mimo upalow, poleczka pod prysznicem, cisza, spiew ptakow, poczucie jakby sie bylo juz gorach a nie na wsi, taras, wygodny parking - ale lokalizacja odpada dla osob bez samochodu, mozna bylo wlaczyc grzejniki nawet w srodku lata
− Brudny wentylator, zacieki na podlodze, brak mydla w dozownikach przy umywalkach, bardzo slabo odplywala woda z brodzika pod prysznicem, byly klucze w drzwiach balkonowych ale nie dalo sie nimi zamknac - przy kazdym opuszczeniu mieszkania i w nocy musielismy zamykac okiennice, mikro saszetka soli w mieszkaniu z kuchnia, dziwny sposob komunikacji - dostawalem po 3 maile na ten sam temat, mimo, ze prosilem o kontakt przez WhatsApp

10.0Appartamento molto pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. La posizione è comoda e l’ambiente è davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

8.0The property is great, the apartment is well equipped and clean. There is amazing view from the terrace, you can see both the Civetta Mountain and the village and lake underneath.
− The communication with the host is very complicated and inefficient, there are 3 whatsapp phones which you may contact, but they work at a very limited time so most of the time you receive an automated message and need to contact them again. Also, we were urged to do the online check-in to get the access to the property and after filling in the online check-in, we were told to do the check-in in person anyway in an office in the nearby village. Such unfortunate communication brought quite some frustration to otherwise very pleasant stay, which is a pitty.
