Sehr schöne Unterkunft / Nicht geeignete für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung!

Die Lage ist besonders in Wortsinne. Die Straße „Dachsbau“ beschreibt die Lage schon sehr gut. Sehr ruhig. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Man sollte allerdings „gut zu Fuß“ sein, wenn man diese wirklich schöne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Garten genießen möchte. Personen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung finden dort echte Herausforderungen. Es gibt keine Parkplätze an dem Haus direkt. Es erfordert einen Fußmarsch von ca 500 bis 700 m auf einem mäßig beleuchteten, aber immerhin mit Verbundstein verlegten, schmalen Weg durch bewaldetes Gebiet. In der Unterkunft angekommen gibt es 5 Sterne für die Lage in absoluter Ruhe und Harmonie! Liebevoll gestaltet. Ich würde noch einmal kommen, allerdings nicht mit meiner stark gehbeeinträchtigten Mutter.

− Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist ausgesprochen anspruchsvoll für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung (ca 500 bis 700 m Fußweg, zwar mit Verbundsteinen ausgelegt, aber mäßig beleuchte; Treppe zum Haus nur teilweise mit Handlauf). Wohnung selbst barrierefrei.

Ruhig gelegen

− Das Haus war leider sehr unsauber. Im Kühlschrank waren Schimmelsporen, die Ablageflächen waren verdreckt. Bevor wir diesen benutzen konnten, haben wir den gesamten Kühlschrank gründlich gereinigt. Im Bettkasten waren reichlich Haare der vorherigen Mieter, die Bettbezüge waren fleckig, der Fußboden verschmutzt. Das Haus schien im ganzen vernachlässigt. Die Vermieterin hat erst eine Teilerstattung des Mietpreises angeboten, dann aber den Kontakt abgebrochen
