8.0Ich konnte den Schlüssel selbst nicht rechtzeitig abholen. Es war für den Vermieter kein Problem, dass eine vertraute Person aus dem Ort den Schlüssel für mich abgeholt hat. Die Kommunikation dahingehend war schnell und super unkompliziert. Auch, dass wir zu spät angemeldet hatten, dass wir mit unserem Hund anreisen werden, war für den Vermieter kein Thema, so lange wir uns an die normalen Gepflogenheiten richten würden. Wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren anstandslos sauber und ordentlich; das Bett unter dem Dach auch sehr bequem.
− Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr zusammengewürfelt und in die Jahre gekommen. Alles ist noch in Schuss, damit ist es auch völlig in Ordnung. Aber niemand sollte eine hippe Ferienwohnung aus diesem Jahrzehnt erwarten ;-)

− Die Dachfenster, Fenster und Gartentür konnten nicht abgedunkelt werden.
Die Wohnung benötigt dringend eine Renovierung und anständige Möbel.
3.0− Leider ist die Wohnung recht heruntergekommen. Es war kalt in der Wohnung. Von den Dachfenstern tropft Kondenswasser direkt ins Bett. Es liegt ein leicht unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung Die ganze Wohnung ist recht verwöhnt und hat mit den gezeigten Bildern nicht viel zu tun.
