Smart and comfortable cottage.

Lovely cottage, well decorated and immaculate. The owners were available if any problem arose and keen to assist.

− Although dogs were welcome at the property, there wasn’t any safe pavements in the near vicinity so we had to walk our dog along narrow country roads and hope to be safe from traffic, rather nerve wracking. A night light outside the gate to our cottage was not turned on which led to a tumble down the steps after dark, luckily serious injury was avoided. The owners were very apologetic and in future will be sure to turn it on.

A comfortable cosy cottage with a great hot tub to relax after a hard days work!

The location is perfect for us as we exhibit at westpoint arena which is 3 miles away. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day on our feet! Tea coffee and sugar were available with a small jug of milk in the fridge which was great and we were left a chocolate cake too. The cottage was warm and welcoming. Beds were clean and comfortable and the lounge area cosy.

− A few minor things.....On arrival we were sent the wrong code to collect the key from the key safe, no answer on the farmhouse front door so we called booking .com who finally were able to locate the correct code for us to enter the cottage. We didn't meet the hosts. We had booked for two people to stay on the first night and then one different guest to join on the 2nd night, but there were only two small towels to shower and use the hot tub. A couple more towels would have been great. The shower room which is a wet room smelt very musty coming from the drain.
