家族と仲間との時間だったため良い思い出ですが、次に宿泊したくはありません。
3.0宿泊まではかなり丁寧なやり取りで、近くの買い物場所や施設設備を教えていただいたり、人数調整も細かく対応をしていただけました。 囲炉裏は位置がおかしいですが、使えて良かった。
− まず施設が清潔感が少ないです。 入浴して寝て、チェックアウトしたあとに足の裏が真っ黒でした。 タオルも使用感のあるものがありました。 基本的な調理器具があるとありましたが、トングには何かついていて真っ黒で洗ってあるのか？となりましたし、 まず代表者のみだけではなく、宿泊者全員の本人確認書類のアップロードも大変でしたし、チェックイン時全員の顔写真の撮影は手間。鍵の場所は案内とは違いましたし、暗証番号まで違いました。 電話番号はなくメールのやり取りで困りましたし、メールを送っても事前に伝えたとしか返信がなく不親切だと思いました。寝室は３部屋とありましが実際は2部屋でもう一部屋はリビングに布団を敷いて寝なくてはいけません。 外でBBQができるとの事が決めてで予約しましたが、16時チェックインでアーリーチェックインは不可のため準備時間が短く、暗くなりはじめてからの開始となりましたが 照明が暗く、またセンサー感知なので何度も消えてしまい苦労しました。 ちなみに宿泊施設までに入る道は狭く車を擦ってしまう友達もいました。先に明記するべきだと思います。
