The space for every child to be comfortable. Easy to follow instructions fully stocked lien and tissue. A true home away from home

Pretty good but some areas need work. My DH was working so internet was a problem.

Location was good for accessing University of Minnesota locations downtown, and also convenient to airport and St. Paul. House was very clean. Entry code was easy to use. Parking in the driveway was easy. Bathrooms were pretty functional although a bit sparse on supplies. A very good value with 4 decent sized bedrooms. TVs worked well for streaming. AC was window units but they worked pretty well though noisy. Furniture was OK.

− Internet was only OK, and was slow and kept dropping access. The kitchen was not stocked at all, no condiments, coffee, or water, very little stuff there, kind of old and not much in the way of appliances, no dishwasher. Light in fridge was out. Yard was very wild, and did see a few bugs inside, though it was clean. The bed mattresses were OK but not great. Bathrooms only had bar soap and no tissues - the water pressure upstairs wasn't great. Basement washer/dryer was scary and no detergent so we didn't use.

Pinkston Gardens more than met our requirements for our visit to St. Paul. Check in was easy and communication with the hosts was very timely. Two full bathrooms makes a huge difference when travelling with our adult children! Kitchen was fully stocked, climate control was great. We appreciated the off-street parking as well.

− There was a scent used in the family room (like a room deoderant) that was a bit much for my sensitive nose. The bedrooms were fine, though. Also, fair warning that the stairs to the upper story are not for the faint of heart. There are two main-floor bedrooms for people who don't want to tackle the stairs.

Pinkston Gardens was the perfect place to stay. It included multiple TVs and a nicely decorated area!

Lots of options for sleeping and nicely decorated.

− There were minimal seasonings and did not have a good sponge to clean.
