House was beautiful, all cooking necessaries were available, location was perfect.
8.0− The second bathroom did not have hot water, the Lapa area was not cleaned. A bonus would of been the hot tub working.

8.0Very nice and quiet area, felt safe and secure and the host even sent someone to jump start my car when my battery died and was very responsive to any questions I had

− Hosts took a long time to respond to some communications. It appears as though a family lives there when house not rented out. Could do with a bit of maintenance as some little things were broken. We had to buy a few things like handwash and extra toilet paper.

5.0The home is very spacious and secure and is located in a serene neighborhood.
− Cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness was really not up to expected and acceptable standard. The keys had to be fetched at another area and this was not communicated prior or early enough. Actually I find it to be un acceptable. It should be the host's responsibility to make sure that guests can be granted access, receive keys as well as be provided with all the necessary household guidelines and instructions on arrival.
