Comfy Beds and nice staff...just be aware of the music.

The staff was extremely helpful and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have had yet in our India travels. It was very nice to sleep well and be comfortable. Room service food was quite good and the cleaning staff worked quickly and cheerfully.

− Our single disappointment was that we were not aware of the loud music from the rooftop restaurant. The music was quite loud from 6pm to 11pm for abour 4-5 of the 8 nights that we were there. We understand the need for music in that kind of establishment, but it was loud enough to be heard far out into the street and throughout the whole hotel. We were very thankful that it stopped promptly at 11pm.

Paying extra for basics

− Disappointing experience, the TV didn't have any channels to watch. Surprised to see we had to pay extra ₹30 for drinking water, despite already paying a considerable room rent. No complimentary water was quite disappointing.
