3.0The location of the flat is amazing. Lots of fun shops and restaurants nearby to explore.
− The flat is very tired and needs many repairs. There were broken plug sockets, the bathroom had broken towel racks and there were several broken or cracked floor tiles around the flat. Also, to get into the flat was 6 flights of stairs and there is NO air conditioning. Asked the owner to help with a portable air con machine as it was 36 - 39 degrees every day and evening and he said he would sort something, but never bothered.

− Es müssen kleinere Reparaturen gemacht werden, Handtuchhalter und Duschkopf Halterung z.B .. Ich habe 2,5 Stunden auf den Check in gewartet. Die Pfannen und Töpfe sind zerkratzt und klebrig.. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Stuhl oder Sessel um ein paar Sachen abzulegen.
