10.0Ivana je najbolja osoba koju sam sreo u životu da radi u hotelu, energija, pozitivna....nasmjesena,a pritom izuzetno profesionalna. Svakom hotelu treba jedna Ivana jer kada netko kao ona ulozi toliko truda da bi pomogla gostu onad zapravo vidite tko je za taj posao. Velik pozdrav Ivani i cijelom osoblju
